Aliens are my personal favourite of all times(thats second film in Alien series) but i love the rest of the series aswell:).
Predator and and AVP are awesome too.
Bladerunner,the Dune,Starship troopers ...there are so many fantastic SciFi films ,tho i like older production films more than never ones.

Also love all John Carpenter's films.

There are some anime movies aswell like Ghost in the shell 1&2,Appleseed 2,Final Fantasy,Akira and many more which names i cant recall atm:)
